It supports real-time monitoring of cumulative production output and PLC operating status, as well as debugging functions such as servo reset, manual glue dispensing and single-stroke tape cutting, enabling new operators to master operation with minimal training. Its overall dimensions suit production line layout requirements: installation requires a clearance of over 1 meter on both sides and 1.5 meters at the front and rear, while a 0.8–1.2 meter gap shall be maintained between adjacent machines, facilitating easy integration with existing assembly lines.
