JSMRFH-700 Filter Materials Hotmelt Compositing Machine
Filter Materials Hotmelt Compositing Machine is a specialized industrial equipment designed to bond multiple layers of filter materials (such as non-woven fabrics, melt-blown cloth, activated carbon layers, and protective meshes) into a unified composite structure using hot-melt adhesive technology. This machine plays a critical role in producing high-performance filter media for applications in air filtration, liquid purification, industrial dust collection, and automotive filters, ensuring precise lamination, stable quality, and efficient production.

Core Components & Structure
Unwinding Units:
Equipped with automatic tension control systems to hold and release raw material rolls (e.g., filter fabrics, adhesive films) smoothly, preventing wrinkles or stretching during unwinding.
Supports multi-layer feeding (2-6 layers typically) for complex composite structures.
Hot-Melt Adhesive Coating System:
Extrusion Melt Pump: Melts solid hot-melt adhesive pellets into a fluid state at controlled temperatures (150-220°C), ensuring uniform viscosity.
Coating Dies: Precision-designed dies (slot dies or spray nozzles) to apply adhesive in specific patterns (full-coverage, dot, grid, or stripe) onto the substrate material.
Temperature Control: PID-controlled heating modules maintain stable adhesive flow, avoiding overheating or cooling-induced defects.
Lamination & Pressing Unit:
Heated Press Rolls: Apply pressure (5-20 bar) and heat (80-150°C) to bond adhesive-coated layers together, ensuring strong interlayer adhesion.
Anti-Stick Surface: Rolls treated with non-stick coatings (e.g., Teflon) to prevent material sticking during lamination.
Cooling & Calibration Section:
Cooling Rolls: Rapidly solidify the hot-melt adhesive to fix the composite structure, maintaining dimensional stability.
Edge Trimming Device: Cuts excess material or uneven edges to ensure uniform width and neat appearance.
