Cross Cutter Pleater
1.)The movements of the pleating knives are controlled by servo motors. The pleat height, pleating knife opening degree and closing clearance are all configurable via parameter settings. It is compatible with a wide range of filter materials of varying thicknesses, whether single-layer or multi-layer. Boasting simple and efficient operation, high production efficiency, excellent pleat surface heating performance and low equipment noise, it delivers outstanding overall performance. It can produce diverse pleat types as required, including standard pleats, M-shaped pleats, W-shaped reciprocating variable pleats and descending gradient pleats.
2)A single-layer or multi-layer unwinding system is available as an option
3).An optional non-stop unwinding system cuts down on downtime caused by roll replacement
4).Inline slitting is offered as an alternative option. For single-layer pleating, inline slitting is recommended prior to the pleating process; while for multi-layer pleating, inline slitting is advised after pleating.
5).Post-pleating, the machine can be outfitted with a cross-cutting machine, or a cross-cutting machine integrated with edge sealing function specifically for activated carbon filter materials.
6)It is connectable to a mini pleating machine for the production of HEPA filters.
7)A full range of optimized configurations have been developed to cater to distinct application requirements across various filtration sectors, such as high-precision liquid filtration and PTFE membrane pleating.

▲.The Cross Cutter Pleater employs a crushing cutting process for the cross cutting of pleat packs.
▲The operator only needs to place the peak of the pleat to be cut on the cutter and press the two-hand start buttons to finish the cutting operation.
