Pass Through Air Shower is a versatile local purification equipment installed between cleanrooms and non-cleanrooms. When personnel or goods are to enter the clean area, they must pass through the air shower for air jetting. The clean air blown out can remove dust carried by personnel and goods, effectively blocking or reducing dust sources from entering the clean area.
1. Power Indicator Light:
1 red light; illuminates when the power is connected, and turns off when the power is disconnected.
2. Operation Indicator Light:
1 green light; illuminates when the equipment is in operation, and turns off when the equipment stops working.
3. Emergency Stop Button:
1 red button; press it to stop the equipment immediately in case of emergency. Rotate and release the button after resolving the emergency to restart the equipment.
4. Hydraulic Door Closer:
Hydraulic-type door closer; automatically closes the door without manual operation.
5. Air Shower Nozzles:
Stainless steel nozzles; 360° rotatable for angle adjustment, achieving full-range air jetting.
6. Door Handles:
Stainless steel round-tube handles with smooth surfaces; easy to push and pull, sturdy and durable.
7. Stainless Steel Doors:
Equipped with automatic door-closing devices.
8. Interlock System:
Electronic interlock design; prevents both doors from opening simultaneously.
