Features
1.The manual pump of the test stand will pressurize the filters until the filters burst and the pressure gauge immediately displays the pressure.
2.The pressure to be displayed won’t be disappeared on the displayer until the reset is done by manual.

ISO Standards

ISO 4548-6:20213: It is titled"Methods of test for full-flow lubricating oil filters for internal combustion engines — Part 6: Static burst pressure test". This standard specifies a method of testing full-flow lubricating oil filters for internal combustion engines. It aims to determine their ability to withstand a static pressure and to figure out their burst pressure and the related failure mode. It's not applicable to filters for aeronautical applications or plastic components.

ISO 2941:20094: It is"Hydraulic fluid power - Filter elements - Verification of collapse/burst pressure ratings". In China's standard classification, it belongs to J20 Hydraulic and Pneumatic Devices. Internationally, it falls into 23.100.60 Filters, Seals and Fluid Contaminants. There is a Chinese equivalent standard, GB/T 14041.3-2010"Hydraulic filter elements - Part 3: Test method for collapse (burst) characteristics".

ISO 14085-4:2015: It is"Aerospace series - Hydraulic filter elements - Test methods - Part 4: Verification of collapse/burst pressure ratings"6. This standard is used in the aerospace industry to verify the collapse or burst pressure rating of hydraulic filter elements, specifying in detail the test procedures and related requirements, including test circuit and equipment, measurement accuracy, test conditions, test procedures, test reports and acceptance criteria.
