Feature:
1.The equipment is designed to fully automatically perform dry leak testing on Spin-On type filters with a diameter ranging from 65 to 105mm and a height from 65 to 180mm, operating without any operator attendance.
2.It can receive Spin-On filters from a continuous flow slat conveyor with the open end facing downward, transfer them into the test machine, conduct leak tests in accordance with the specification, and eject the filter assemblies onto an output slat conveyor without causing any damage or scuffing to the products.
3.Any filter assemblies that fail the leak test will be ejected onto a separate holding station for inspection and retesting. The equipment incorporates systems to minimize the setup time required for job changes.
4.For leak testing, the machine can pressurize the filter assembly to 600 kPa with air, maintain this pressure for 10 seconds, and check the leakage rate during this period.
5.The maximum allowable leakage is 0.5cc within 10 seconds at 600 kPa air pressure. Once set up, the equipment runs fully automatically without direct labor intervention, ensuring efficient and reliable testing operations for Spin-On filters within the specified dimensions.
