Structure Composition
Pressure Generation System: Composed of an oil pump and related components, it is responsible for generating the required pressure and pulsed flow in the oil system.
Measurement and Control Unit: Equipped with high-precision pressure gauges, flow meters, and temperature sensors to measure pressure, flow, temperature and other parameters in real time. The control system is used to adjust and control test parameters such as pressure, flow rate, and impulse frequency.
Oil Tank: Stores the oil used for testing and ensures a stable oil supply for the test.
Display and Recording Unit: Displays the measured data and test waveforms in real time and records the test results for subsequent analysis and report generation.
