The JSMRGT-1000N is a professional fully automatic rotary pleating production line dedicated to manufacturing heavy-duty air filter elements, serving as a core and indispensable piece of equipment for filter enterprises engaged in R&D, mass production and processing of environmental protection air filter products. This production line is adaptable to the customized processing requirements of filter products in automotive, industrial machinery, ventilation and dust removal, environmental protection equipment and other fields. It can process filter paper with a width range of 30mm to 1000mm and achieve pleating forming with a height of 10mm to 50mm, perfectly meeting the production needs of heavy-duty air filter elements of different specifications and models. Integrating automatic paper unwinding, pre-slitting, pre-heating, roller indentation, wave receiving, heating setting and conveying in one, it realizes continuous and automatic pleating processing of filter paper from raw material feeding to the final forming of filter cores, greatly reducing manual operation links and significantly improving the production efficiency of filter elements.

Specially designed for the processing characteristics of air filter paper, the line is equipped with a heating and humidifying mechanism that enhances the toughness of filter paper to avoid material damage during processing, and a heating setting mechanism that solidifies the pleated shape of filter cores at a controllable temperature of room temperature to 300℃, ensuring the filter cores are stable and anti-deformation. It effectively guarantees the processing quality and structural stability of air filter elements, making it suitable for producing high-standard environmental protection filter cores with strict requirements on dimensional accuracy and shape consistency.

All process parameters such as the 0-30m/min adjustable working speed, heating temperature, pleat count and marking intervals can be flexibly set via an intuitive touch screen interface. The built-in automatic counting and marking system marks filter paper by preset filter core length and supports automatic shutdown upon reaching the cumulative production quantity, enabling unmanned batch processing, optimizing the production process of enterprises and meeting the large-scale market supply demand for heavy-duty air filter products.
