Composed of four core modules: pre-slitting, marking, counting and folding, the line can be optionally equipped with a humidifying mechanism according to customer needs. It takes 380V/50Hz power and 0.6MPa compressed air as power sources, with a total motor power of 6.25kw and a heating power of 8kw. Adopting imported slitting knives, it ensures smooth and burr-free slitting ends. Driven by multiple servo and stepping motors, and controlled by a MICO small PLC plus FLEXEM color touch screen system, it achieves precise control of folding dimensions. Its key processing parameters feature stepless adjustment: paper feeding speed ranges from 0.5m/min to 12m/min, folding height from 4mm to 60mm, folding speed from 0 to 400 pleats/min. It supports a maximum paper passing width of 700mm and a minimum slitting width of 15mm, meeting the processing needs of various filter element specifications.

The equipment boasts intelligent and user-friendly operation, supporting manual/auto mode switching via the touch screen, where parameters such as folding height, feeding length and overall speed can be set intuitively. It also offers M/W-type folding processes, combined with marking counting and output accumulation functions to realize product grouping marking and quantitative stop. Equipped with a modern monitoring system and fault self-stop function, it shuts down automatically and pops up fault information in case of anomalies for quick troubleshooting.

In terms of processing technology, the line pre-marks crease on filter media via an eccentric wheel-driven marking knife, then completes precise folding with servo motor-driven upper and lower folding knives. The folded filter media is shaped by a heating plate mechanism with adjustable temperature (normal temperature to 55℃) under the dual action of temperature and pressure, ensuring accurate dimensions and consistent flatness of finished products. With a rational structural design, the pre-slitting and folding units have flexibly adjustable spacing. Easy to install with only sufficient surrounding operating space and reliable grounding protection required, it features simple daily maintenance—regular lubrication, cleaning and inspection can ensure its long-term stable operation.
