Working Principle
Material Feeding: Full-auto Air Filter Expanded Metal Mesh Spiral Machine is equipped with a material feeding mechanism that automatically feeds the strip material into the forming area at a constant speed and in a fixed direction.
Spiral Forming: Driven by a motor, the forming rollers or molds apply pressure and torque to the strip material, causing it to gradually wind into a spiral shape.
Welding or Bonding: For spiral tubes that require welding, such as spiral steel tubes, a welding device is used to weld the joints of the spiral tubes to ensure their integrity and strength. In the case of spiral paper tubes, an adhesive is usually used for bonding.
Cutting and Finishing: After the spiral tube is formed, a cutting device cuts it into the required length. Some machines are also equipped with a trimming device to remove burrs and sharp edges.
