2.This machine is used for rotary pleating and hot melt adhesive line dispensing process of glass fiber. It is mainly composed of tension controlled unwinding, rotary pleating unit, traction rollers unit, slitting, hot melt adhesive line dispensing unit, air cooling device, pleats forming system, conveyor and other. Through the servo motor drive control of the marking rollers unit, any pleat height within range can be produced. The specially designed glass fiber marking rollers can press out a flat peak and beautiful waveform, and greatly reduces the risk of damage to the filter material. Each independently controlled glue nozzle can achieve continuous dispensing and accurate intermittent dispensing. The cleverly designed pleats forming system can well realize the produce of different pleat height from small to large, and through linkage control with the conveyor speed, the pleat pitch can be adjusting parametrically. This machine can also be combined with knife pleating machine to produce mini pleat filter of synthetic fiber material.

Process of mini pleat filter

Media paper roll→Thread media onto Air bulking roller→Turn on the tension →Media to be imprinted→Cut the needless media edge to ensure the correct width of media→Apply hot melt glue →Slow cooling → Pleat filter pack→Filter pack forwarded to conveyor belt→Cut the media to make single filter pack manually.

1、Media roll control system：With pneumatic feeding de-coiler，the specific tension control is precision and so significant for quality pleating. 
2、Imprinting and pulling：Two pairs of imprinting rollers, gearing and servo motor，and steady pulling rollers with servo drive. Imprinting rolls are unique design to ensure the pleats good look and no damage. Reasonable transmission design avoids precision getting down because of abrasion.
3、Hot-Melt gluing：2 nozzle bars equipped with 38 pcs of hot-melt nozzles with pneumatic control system. To separate into 3 units that means operator do not need to close/open the nozzles manually one by one when you pleat filter pack of 2 or 3 feet width. 

4、Hot-Melt applicator：1 tank unit with sufficient melting capacity，The pressure of glue application is closed loop control to ensure an adequate stability of the produced filter pack, PID control for temperature. 

5、Cooling system :Several fans to make hot-melt beads cool down. 

6、Erection unit：A pair of erection rollers with adjustable pleating control rack. Unique design makes space adjustment so convenient and efficient. 

7、Outlet conveyor：delivery tables with speed-regulated conveyor belts, the hot-melt beads cool down so that a particular pleat pitch is obtained. 

8、Operation panel：Touch screen, Status display and Alarm function. All parameter needed is very easy to key in and change，Also during the machine running you still can change the glue pressure, tension and speed etc.
