Features:

1.Pall Pleated Filter Cartridge Machine uses an eccentric wheel to drive the scoring knife on the marking unit, pre-scoring marks on the filter media, where the spacing between the scores is equal to the pleat height of the filter element. It then utilizes a servo motor to drive the upper and lower folding knives of the folding unit, and the filter media is folded through the mutual engagement of these knives; the overlapping height of the two blades is equal to the pleat height of the filter media.

2.Mount the roll filter media on the material rack via the rack swing arm, then pull the filter paper through the pre-slitting tension roller, paper support roller, and paper pressing strip for flattening before feeding it into the paper feed roller. Through speed regulation by the frequency converter and detection and control by the photoelectric control system, the paper feeding speed of the pre-slitting unit is matched to the speed of the entire machine line.

3.The slitting knives on the pre-slitting unit cut the filter media into several equal-width segments (that remain connected to each other) according to the product width (when slitting is required).
