It allows free adjustment of hotmelt bead patterns, positions, and lengths. The media roll is fixed by an air shaft with an air lift system for easy mounting. Media tension is precisely controlled by a powder brake and tension controller, while an inverter system stabilizes operation speed. Four air cylinder type slitting cutters are included, and hotmelt modules can be controlled individually. An outlet cooling system and 3m roller conveyor are provided.
The pleat pitch (PPI) is adjustable from 4-8, and components undergo reliable after-treatments such as Teflon coating, anodizing, chrome plating, and QPQ heat treatment to ensure durability.
