Working Principle

Melting the Adhesive: The machine first heats the hot melt adhesive to its melting point. The heating elements are usually evenly distributed in the glue tank to ensure the adhesive melts uniformly.

Glue Application: The melted hot melt adhesive is delivered to the nozzle through a pump or other delivery devices. The nozzle then precisely applies the glue onto the surface of the filter paper or the parts to be bonded, in accordance with the pre-set path and quantity.
Bonding Process: The filter paper and other components are pressed together within the open time of the hot melt adhesive. The adhesive solidifies rapidly at room temperature, achieving a firm bond between the filter paper and other components.
