Cartridge Filter Band Winding Machine used in the hot melt banding machine is hot-melt adhesive. First, the hot-melt adhesive is melted at high temperatures to achieve a fluid state. Meanwhile, the winding tape, which is conveyed through the cutter mechanism, is transported to the glue application part.
At this stage, the molten hot-melt adhesive is evenly applied to the surface of the winding tape via the glue head. After being coated with the adhesive, the winding tape is then brought into close contact with the filter cartridge.
Through the adhesive's bonding effect, the winding tape and the filter cartridge core are firmly adhered together. This entire process—from the melting of the hot-melt adhesive, the application of glue to the winding tape, to the bonding with the filter cartridge—completes the adhesive processing of the filter element.
