Features

Feeding Unit: Comprises a conveyor and puck (filter holder) system. The conveyor transports the filters and covers to the machine, and the pucks hold and position the filters accurately.
Seaming Unit: Consists of a seaming head, motor, and transmission mechanism. The seaming head is the core component, with rollers that apply pressure and perform the seaming operation. The motor provides power, and the transmission mechanism converts the motor's power into the rotational and linear motion of the seaming head.
Control Unit: Usually uses a PLC control system with a touch screen. Operators can set parameters such as seaming speed, pressure, and the number of seaming cycles through the touch screen. The control system coordinates the operation of each unit to ensure the smooth progress of the seaming process.
Safety Protection Unit: Equipped with safety covers and interlocks. When the safety cover is opened, the machine will stop running to prevent operators from being injured by moving parts.
