Pall High Flow Filter Cartridges are products launched by Pall Corporation for high-flow filtration scenarios.
Product Structure and Features
Structural Design: Adopts a large-diameter, coreless, single-end open folded filter cartridge structure with a diameter of 152.4mm (6 inches). It is available in various lengths, including 20 inches, 40 inches, 60 inches, and 80 inches. Its unique crescent-shaped pleated geometry increases the filtration area.
Filtration Method: Uses an inside-to-outside flow design, which traps contaminants inside the filter cartridge and prevents the filtered liquid or gas from being contaminated during filter cartridge replacement.
Material and Construction: The filter cartridge is made of various filter materials such as polypropylene and glass fiber. The end caps and filter layers are welded by hot melting without adhesives, featuring wide chemical compatibility. Moreover, the all-plastic structure helps reduce waste disposal.

High Flow Rate: A single filter cartridge has a high flow rate, up to 1900lpm (500gpm). In high-flow applications, it can reduce the volume of the filtration system by 50% and the number of filter cartridge replacements by 40 times.
