The JSMRWG-1300-N Fully Automatic Hepa Filter Making Machine is a high-performance professional device independently developed by JIANGSU MOER INTELLIGENT EQUIPMENT CO.，LTD., specifically engineered for the gluing and pleating of glass fiber filter media used in separator-free high-efficiency air filters. Integrating automatic feeding, precision tension control, slitting, gluing, cooling and forming, it has become the top choice for filter manufacturers due to its superior performance and stable operation.
This production line offers outstanding core performance benefits. Fitted with a cylinder-driven automatic feeding device, it significantly reduces operator labor intensity. A magnetic powder brake and an automatic tension controller work in tandem to precisely regulate the conveying tension of filter media, effectively preventing breakage and slippage during transmission. The entire machine is driven by servo motors, enabling stepless adjustment of pleat height without roller replacement and achieving a high production efficiency of 25 meters per minute. With a maximum filter media passing width of 1320 mm and a maximum finished product width of 1300 mm, it meets the processing requirements of products in various specifications.
For gluing and forming, the production line adopts row glue injection with 96 glue strips set at a fixed spacing of 25.4 mm. Each glue outlet is controlled by an independent solenoid valve, allowing for accurate regulation of glue discharge, application and cutoff. A fan cooling device is installed immediately after the gluing station to accelerate the solidification of hot melt adhesive, while an extended conveying unit ensures sufficient solidification time and fulfills subsequent cutting requirements. Imported slitting knives deliver smooth, burr-free slitting edges, and the user-friendly touch screen operation system—supporting both Chinese and English—enables intuitive and simple operation. Parameters such as pleat height, glue length and pleat count can be flexibly set on the system to adapt to different production needs.
Featuring a compact and rational structure, the machine has a total power of 46.25 kW and requires an air supply pressure of 0.6 MPa. It operates on a 380 V/50 Hz power supply with reliable grounding protection. The line not only ensures the dimensional precision and flatness of finished products, but also boasts stable transmission, easy adjustment and automatic glue cutoff.
