Full-automatic Filter Knife Pleating machine features servo motor control for pleating knife movements, allowing parametric setting of pleat height, knife opening degree and closing gap. It accommodates various materials and thicknesses, suitable for both single-layer and multi-layer filters. Operation is straightforward and efficient, with excellent heating performance on folded surfaces and low equipment noise.
It can produce different pleat types as needed, including regular, M-type, W-type reciprocating variants, and descending gradient types. Optional configurations include single-layer or multi-layer unwinding systems, as well as non-stop unwinding systems to minimize downtime during roll changes.
Inline slitting is available as an alternative option. For single-layer pleating, inline slitting before pleating is recommended; for multi-layer pleating, inline slitting after pleating is suggested. Post-pleating, it can be equipped with a cross-cutting machine or a cross-cutting machine with edge sealing for activated carbon materials.
