This 1250mm width integrated production line, combining AQXFL-3-1250 3-Layer Decoiler, full-auto CNC pleating machine and AQXHQ-1250 Filter cross cutting machine, is a high-efficiency automatic solution for single or multi-layer composite filter paper processing. Featuring flexible parameter adjustment, high precision and wide material adaptability, it is widely used in automotive, hydraulic, purification and water treatment industries, fulfilling diverse filter production needs.
The full-auto CNC pleating machine serves as the core, with a 1250mm max processing width and 10-60mm CNC-adjustable pleating height. It runs at 0-300 pleats/min, powered by a 3kw motor and 10kw preheating system (normal-300℃ adjustable). Equipped with four XINJE servo motors, matching PLC and touch screen, it adopts upper/lower knife alternate folding with adjustable knife angles to avoid material damage and ensure precision. It also has automatic dot counting and preheating forming functions, compatible with wood pulp paper, non-woven fabric, glass fiber and more. The AQXFL-3-1250 Decoiler enables stable feeding (≤1050mm diameter, 4-20m/min) with 3.5kw power, while the 100kg AQXHQ-1250 Filter Cross Cutting Machine cuts formed filter paper at 5-20pcs/min with ≤1250mm processing width.
The whole line operates at 0.6Mpa, with customizable power supply (380V/220V/50Hz for pleating machine, 380V/60Hz for decoiler).
