Structure and Features

It has a large memory and can store programs of 300 models for both square and round filters. The operation is simple and convenient. Users can set relevant data on the touch - screen to adjust the injection capacity and other parameters according to different filter models.
Material Tanks: There are usually 3 material tanks for A1, A2, and B materials, made of double - layer stainless steel. Additionally, there are cleaning tanks and trash drums. The tanks have heating layers outside, which can be heated as needed to ensure the stability of the material state.
Driving Equipment: The programmable injecting and mixing head driving equipment has X/Y/Z three - dimension motions driven by servo motors. It can accurately control the position and movement of the injecting and mixing head to ensure the accuracy of material injection.
