The number of winding layers can be flexibly configured according to actual production requirements, with common configurations including 3, 5, 6, 9, and 10 layers, which can meet diverse production needs of different filter products.In terms of unwinding drive mode, two options are available: active unwinding and passive unwinding. Active unwinding achieves automatic speed-adjustable unwinding through the dance roller controlled by an inverter motor (with two optional dance roller types) for stable operation; passive unwinding is a non-powered mode, directly driven by the pleating knife, featuring simple structure and low maintenance cost.
