Feature:

Working Principle
HotMelt Adhesive Melting: The machine is equipped with a heating system that melts the hot melt adhesive. The solid hot melt adhesive is put into the heating chamber, where it is heated to a specific temperature and turns into a liquid state, becoming viscous and sticky.
Feeding: The paper to be processed is fed into the machine through a paper feeding mechanism. This can be either manual or automatic. In the case of an automatic paper feeding system, it ensures a continuous and stable supply of paper, improving production efficiency.
Clipping Process: When the paper reaches the designated position, the melted hot melt adhesive is precisely applied to the paper surface through a dispensing nozzle or roller. The adhesive quickly bonds the paper together under pressure, forming a firm connection. After a short period of cooling and solidification, the paper remains clipped together firmly.
